- After pre-cleansing, apply Hydra-Intense Cleansing Lotion to damp skin.
- Massage well with your fingertips and remove with water.
- Tone and follow with your recommended Environ vitamin A moisturiser
- Gentle enough to use morning and evening

Cancellation Policy
IF ANY APPOINTMENTS ARE CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE, APPOINTMENT COSTS WILL BE INCURRED AS FOLLOWS.
Appointments can only be made and secure if a 50% booking fee has been paid.
Booking fees are non-refundable but if appointments are rescheduled outside of my 48 hour cancellation window, the fee will be transferred to your next appointment.
If appointments are cancelled within my 48 hour cancellation window, your 50% booking fee will be forfeited and will not be transferred to future bookings.
Failure to turn up to appointments without notice will incur a further 50% fee (totalling 100%) and new appointments will not be made until this fee is paid.
